Kayla Dixon serves as an Operations Specialist for Truxton Wealth. She works with all aspects of trust operations, including opening new accounts, processing cash transactions, stock transfers, gifts to charity, creating various reports, monitoring the transfer of assets, and setting up and updating closely held and real estate assets. She joined the Truxton Banking lobby staff in 2017 as a personal banker before joining Truxton Wealth later in 2017. Prior to joining Truxton, Mrs. Dixon worked for The Walgreens Company for five years.
