
Joseph Staub serves as Assistant Vice President, Compliance for Truxton Banking, joining Truxton in 2022. He is responsible for implementing internal controls and overseeing regulatory compliance activities, supporting the overall administration of the Bank’s loan portfolio, and works with Executive Management to administer Truxton’s community development initiatives. Prior to joining Truxton, Mr. Staub worked as an outside bank compliance analyst for ProBank Austin and at UBS as an Authorized Officer on the Anti-Money Laundering Surveillance team where he was responsible for monitoring, investigating, and ensuring regulatory compliance of the bank’s Private Wealth Management and Correspondent Banking transactional activity.
Mr. Staub earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from the University of Georgia, a Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University, and holds accreditation from the American Bankers Association as a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager. He is a member of the Tennessee Action Council for Volunteers of America, Mid-States and is actively involved with St. George’s Episcopal Church in Nashville.
