She later expanded her experience in the software industry, where she managed client relationships, helped solve complex business challenges, improved processes, supported technology adoption, and mentored team members.
Jodie earned a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and completed extensive coursework in business.
