Jessica Santi serves as Director of Human Resources at Truxton. She is responsible for all aspects of human resources including employee and shareholder relations, onboarding and offboarding, payroll and benefits management, and compliance.
She joined the firm in 2018 after providing Truxton with human resources consulting services as a vendor through her own business HR Squared and an outsourcing firm LBMC Employment Partners, LLC.
Mrs. Santi graduated cum laude from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication. She is a graduate of Leadership Franklin County Class of 2014 and past President of the Board for United Way of Franklin County.
