Aaron Lawyer serves as Senior Vice President and Senior Credit Officer at Truxton. He joined Truxton in August 2025 and is responsible for managing the bank's loan portfolio, credit analysis and administration. Prior to Truxton, Mr. Lawyer served as Regional Credit Officer for FirstBank overseeing a ~$2B loan portfolio for Middle Tennessee.
Mr. Lawyer graduated from The University of the South with a BA in Economics and received an MBA from Tennessee State University. He is active with the Tennessee Bankers Association and the Middle Tennessee Council for Boy Scouts of America.
