WMS Operations Specialist

Kayla Dixon serves as an Operations Specialist for Truxton Trust Wealth Management Services. Her responsibilities include creating various reports, opening new accounts, processing cash transactions, monitoring the transfer of assets, as well as assisting wealth advisors in client needs, and any other operational tasks that may arise. She joined Truxton Trust’s lobby staff in 2017 as a personal banker before joining Wealth Management Services later in 2017. Prior to joining Truxton Trust, Mrs. Dixon worked for The Walgreens Company for five years.
