Jeffrey W. Buntin, Jr., is President and CEO of The Buntin Group, which ranks among the top 35 U.S. independent brand/advertising firms and is an ADWEEK-recognized “Top U.S. Shop.” Mr. Buntin began his career with the Chicago office of Bozell Worldwide/TrueNorth Communications, later returning to The Buntin Group in 1997 and to the topmost leadership role in 2004. During his career, he has been elected as the youngest-ever judge of the National ADDYs, received the AAF Silver Medal Award, been named “Copywriter of the Year” and has been covered for his brand strategy and creative work by the New York Times, Wall Street Journal and others.
Graduating with a Bachelor of Arts from Washington & Lee University, Mr. Buntin is a current Director of the National Advertising Review Board (NARB), a Director of NPT/Nashville Public Television, a Board of Governors member of the American Association of Advertising Agencies’ River States Council, a founding member of Nashville’s Davidson Group and has held a number of board positions, including past Chair of Junior Achievement of Middle Tennessee, in addition to The Ensworth School.
