Brandt Warner is an Assistant Vice President and Wealth Advisor for Truxton Wealth . He is responsible for the development, coordination, and implementation of comprehensive wealth management services for Truxton Wealth's most sophisticated and complex client relationships. He joined Truxton in 2024. Prior to Truxton, Mr. Warner served as an advisor for a registered investment advisory firm and worked with individual and corporate clients in various planning capacities, including investments, retirement, estates, business succession, charitable giving, cash flow analysis, estate administration, insurance, education, Medicare, and Social Security.

Mr. Warner earned his Bachelor of Arts in religion from Wabash College, where he graduated cum laude and was a two-year letterwinner on the varsity football team. As an undergraduate, he was a member of the Sphinx Club and Lambda Chi Alpha. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where he graduated cum laude with a Concentration in Business Transactions. At the University of Tennessee College of Law, Mr. Warner served as a staff editor for the Tennessee Law Review and the Tennessee Journal of Law and Policy, and he was recognized for his pro bono service. During law school, Mr. Warner earned a graduate assistantship where he redesigned and programmed the University of Tennessee’s student ticketing website for football and men’s basketball. A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Mr. Warner holds a FINRA Series 66 as well as life, health, and variable products licenses in Tennessee. Mr. Warner is a licensed attorney in Tennessee and a member of the Tennessee Bar Association.
