Job Title: IT Support Technician
Reports To: Chief Treasury Officer
Location: Nashville, TN
FLSA Status: Exempt


The IT Support Technician is responsible for providing entry level support for hardware, software and mobile device issues. The technician works directly with end users both in-person and remotely depending on the situation. This person handles “first call resolution” to resolve issues quickly or dispatches to the appropriate team.

This position will be responsible for providing:

  • World-class service to our customers in an accurate, efficient, and professional manner.
  • Technical solutions to a wide range of problems.
  • Support of applications using computer and support to users of all skill levels where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify and initiate resolutions to basic client device issues and concerns associated with office automation equipment including the following:
    • Physical workstations
      • Windows desktops and laptops
    • Windows workstations
    • Mobile Devices
      • Smartphones
      • Tablets
    • Workstation peripherals including (but not limited to):
      • Input devices (keyboards, mice, etc)
      • Local printers
      • Network printers
    • Enterprise multi-function printers
      • Paper jams
      • Engage service provider as needed for additional maintenance.
  • Support of Office 365 specially Outlook issues
  • Act as liaison between employee’s and IT Vendor, Computer Services Inc. (CSI)
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with all enterprise departments to optimize working relationships and communication.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

Hours 8:00am – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday (weekends as project warrants)

Ability to work under pressure and remain calm and pleasant at all times
Ability to work independently
Ability to organize and prioritize work
Ability to use computer, Office software, document prep software
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Team player
